How will your idea change the world? That’s the question asked at Qualcomm ImpaQt, a global employee innovation program sponsored by former Chairman and CEO Dr. Paul Jacobs. ImpaQt’s goal is to inspire innovation in strategic areas, spark new ideas, and enable employees to collaborate globally to bring forward new technologies and IP that will influence Qualcomm’s future products and roadmaps. ImpaQt bolsters the desire to invent, to take risks, to reach out for something new – something that has always been in Qualcomm’s DNA. We have been fortunate enough to be a part of the program from it's very beginning, helping to give this initiative an identity and inspire some of the brightest minds on the universe to innovate and create new and exciting inventions that can and will change the world.
